Buyer Costs: A Buyer Information Pack is available and must be reviewed before bidding. An Auction Fee of 4.5% inc VAT of the auction end price (minimum £6,600 including VAT) is payable by the winning bidder. This fee is non-refundable and secures the property for the buyer during the Reservation Period. The buyer Agrees to Pay 10% of the purchase price and exchange contracts on the day of the auction upon winning the lot. The Auction Fee is separate from the purchase price but is considered when calculating Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT).
